Create a useful found-cat report
- Take a clear photo showing the face, coat pattern and distinctive features.
- Enter the correct NCR city and add the locality, sector, colony, road or landmark.
- Record the date and approximate time the cat was found.
- Keep public information focused on identification and avoid unnecessary personal information.
Verify ownership before handover
Ask a claimant for reasonable proof such as older photographs, distinctive markings or vaccination information. Avoid publishing every identifying detail so genuine owners can demonstrate knowledge of them.
Compare nearby lost-cat reports
Check lost reports from the surrounding NCR area and compare the actual facial markings, coat pattern and other distinctive features.
